The youngest vines of a small plot, harvested late September and fermented with natural yeasts in concrete tanks. The 2019 Chianti Classico Sonocosì is 100% Sangiovese aged only in concrete. That approach yields a wine that is quite ethereal and lifted in style, with tons of aromatic presence and savoriness that suggests some whole clusters. It is a very pretty and distinctive wine.
