Fruit from 2 vineyards, 47–53 years old. Matured for 18 months in French and American oak. The oak is currently impactful at every juncture, but the fruit that cascades through it, eddying in and out, tells us that this will knit together over the years to come. If you like your wines like this, drink it now – it's oaky and muscular. If you like the elegance and grace that comes with a few years bottle age, then be confident that this will shine.

The Majella Shiraz first appeared in 1991 and has since acquired a reputation as one of Coonawarra's finest Shiraz's.
A deep ruby red colour with a bright crimson hue. A spicy cinnamon bouquet, a delicious palate of dark red berry fruits, dark chocolate with hints of vanillin. The fine textured tannins lead to a long and evenly balanced finish.
