So named after Neil Paulet, the 109th winemaker graduate from Roseworthy in 1969. Matured for 18 months in French oak (30% new). Very closed right now, but concentrated, succulent and loads of uncomplicated blackforest flavour. Drink it in the short–medium term if you want to capture the vibrancy of fruit.
