Destemmed to small fermenters with the inclusion of 15% whole bunches. Cold soaked for 5 days, wild ferment, mlf, 12 months in French oak barriques. Still working on its mojo and keeping things close to its chest, providing glimpses of dark cherry, earth, Christmas spices and ground coffee. Looking lithe and fine-edged on the palate. Bit of a charmer already, but one to keep a tad longer.

A signature wine of the Bellarine Peninsula, and this cool maritime climate regionally expressive Pinot Noir is a wine of enormous appeal. It offers loads of cherry and plum fruit flavours, a savoury mid palate with and sappy flavours all rounded by cedar oak and a long, persistent and smooth finish.
