Spiced sour cherries and pomegranate mixed with clove and hints of dried citrus waft up from the 2019 Etna Rosso de Aetna. It’s silky and polished in feel, with ripe, mineral-tinged fruits propelled by juicy acidity. This tapers off fresh to hints of blackberry and sweet herbs, and a subtle coating of fine tannins that frames the experience quite nicely.
