What a striking nose of very ripe mirabelle and persimmon. You could mistake it for a white Rhone! Full-bodied and bold, yet also so clean and bright, with excellent textural complexity. The first vintage of this wine. 83% chasselas from old vines, 10% riesling and small amounts of muscat, gewurz, auxerrois and pinot gris all pressed together.
