100% Barbera grapes, it is a red wine with a characteristic profile: nice acidity, pleasant aromatic bouquet, about 7000 bottles are produced. The wine ferments for 12 months in 5-hectolitre barrels and then refines in cask for 12 months. Bright ruby red in color, it expresses an intense bouquet of cherry, plum, berries with notes of vanilla and licorice on the nose. In the mouth it is deep, austere, with balanced freshness and persistent.
