The wine is produced from old vine Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino) grown on limestone and clay soils in the heart of the Côtes de Provence. The fruit is hand harvested and gently pressed using only the first-run juice for purity. Fermentation takes place partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve freshness, and partly in large oak barrels to build texture and subtle richness. The result is a rosé that combines delicacy with presence, capturing both the Mediterranean sun and the cool Provençal breeze.
