This monopole of 1.8 hectares is situated between Les Rontets and the premier cru Les Perrières, exposed to the east and north at 280m elevation. The site has more limestone than clay, and the stony character comes out in the wine, with a bright, lemony fruit aroma with notes of mint and licorice. The texture is silky but still substantial. The wine is fermented in used casks and matured over two winters to deliver a wine of great finesse. Drinking 2023 - 2033

Aged in stainless steel tanks. The Saint-Véran vineyards are located in the north of the appellation and are adjacent to Pouilly-Fuissé. Limestone and clay soils in this appellation yield wines that are at once firm, rich yet vibrant and pure with great minerality. Drink now-2027,
