A blend of Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc & Colombard. It shows fresh citrus and white floral aromas. On the palate, clean and fresh with some nice warming mid-palate weight.
These wines are produced by the Co-op in Saint-Saturnin just west of Montpeyrou, using local grape varieties grown on the south-facing slopes of the Cevennes. The clay-limestone soil is very rocky and benefits from a dry climate in summer that limits yields.
