While the chardonnays are my preference this vintage over pinot noirs, this holds a depth of flavour and richness customary of The Paringa, yet retains a tightness and vitality. It’s not too big – just right. Stone fruit, Meyer lemon, cedary spicy oak and a luscious infusion of creamy lees. Satisfying.
