The 2020 Juffer Sonnenuhr GG offers a delicate finely flinty and coolish bouquet with ripe stone fruit aromas and delicate slate notes. It is round and lush with great finesse and intense perfectly ripe and elegant fruit and a feminine structure but with a great intense and vivacious energetic and saline finish. A fabulous JSU that is beautifully balanced and rich and intense in a refined way. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
