A. J. Adam Riesling Trocken is a monovarietal Riesling white wine rated as VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer and produced by Weingut A. J. Adam.
Weingut A. J. Adam is a young winery founded in 2000 and located in Neumargen-Dhron, in the Moselle. It is run by the young winemaker Andreas Adam, who was trained by one of the best producers in Germany, Weingut Hetmann-Löwenstein. Today the winery has approximately 3.5 hectares of vineyards ranging in age from 30 to 65 years old, and located on the steep slopes on the banks of the river. It vinifies with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels to maintain the typical nature and character of its grapes.
The vineyard for M. J. Adam Riesling Trocken is located in one of the best locations in the Moselle. The Benedictine monks already cultivated there, and the vineyard was rated by the first Prussian classification in the 19th century as one of the best in the area.
Riesling Trocken ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruity aromas. A fresh and fruity wine with nice mineral touches.
