In the village of Wettolsheim just outside Colmar, Domaine Albert Mann has emerged as one of Alsace’s most visionary estates, redefining what Pinot Noir from the region can be. The domaine, run by brothers Maurice and Jacky Barthelmé, farms biodynamically with an intense focus on low yields, old vines and precise vineyard expression. Les Saintes Claires comes from limestone rich slopes that bring both aromatic delicacy and structural tension, resulting in a Pinot Noir that feels finely chiselled yet deeply evocative.

A luminous ruby red glows in the glass with a beautifully transparent edge. Aromas unfold with wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry layered with rose petal, cinnamon spice and a subtle savoury note of forest floor and crushed stone.
