Brilliant ruby red with hints of purple. Nose: Wild strawberries, black currant and white pepper. The attack is lively with ripe strawberry, black cherries and a spicy finish with peppery notes.

Arnaud Baillot is a young winemaker based in Beaune, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. Owner and winemaker, he has worked in sustainable farming since 2014 and completes his estate with judicious purchases of grapes.

As a winemaker, he is passionate about the diversity of wine profiles that Burgundy has to offer us. Also, he teams up with Laure Hudelot-Noellat, his wife and granddaughter of the eponymous Domaine, based in Chambolle-Musigny. Together, they produce a very complete range, ranging from regional appellations to Grand Cru. Arnaud is very keen to get the best out of each step of the process; suffice to say that he will select the origin of his grapes with the greatest care. He ensures the entire winemaking process, carefully chooses his barrels according to the nuances he wishes to bring (origin of wood, cooper, toasting, grain, etc.) and finally applies his own aging policy depending on the vintages... we leave nothing to chance, because the treasures that a terroir brings must be earned!

From 2017, Arnaud and Laure acquired their first plot of land in Côte de Beaune; the Domaine will grow – in any case we wish them – and this is indeed a first step which is very important, but the philosophy will remain the same: respect and promote these thousand nuances, this complexity which characterizes Burgundy wines! As for white wines, it's pure and precise, from the simple, deserving Burgundy Chardonnay to the powerful Corton-Charlemagne, including Montagny 1er Cru, Pernand-Vergelesses Les Belles Filles, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault Le Limozin. ! A selection of Burgundy whites that keeps its promises! As for the reds, they are elegant and charming; we find simple Burgundy, Beaune Montrevenots, Pommard, Nuits St Georges, and Nuits St Georges 1er Cru aux Boudots, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne and finally Vosne-Romanée 1er cru Les Suchots!
