15 hectares of AOC Sancerre Blanc planted with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, 5 hectares of AOC Sancerre Rouge and Rosé planted with Pinot Noir, and 3.25 hectares of AOC Pouilly-Fumé planted with Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire.

Versatility is what this Sauvignon Blanc is all about. Fumé means ‘smoky’ in French which is a key indication of the style. Intense and complex floral aromas melt into smoky, mineral flavours coupled with a refreshing citrus and grapefruit edge. It has a great rounded mouth-feel and an uplifting dry finish. A great food partner, this wine will hold it’s own even alongside rich pork dishes and smoked meats.
