Pinot Gris is a pink coloured variety and is typically made into a white wine. Ededn Road team allows a small amount of skin contact (20%) to encourage some colour but more importantly some texture from phenolics in their Pinot Gris.
Pronounced flavours of strawberry and white peach dominate a round palate. The richness of the palate is balanced by fresh acidity and subtle notes of jasmine on the finish, producing a refreshing and moreish wine.
