Raised in barrel but now bottled, since late August. A surprisingly full yellow colour, but that is because one quarter is crushed and given skin maceration for up to 12 years. Plenty of fruit on the nose, quite exuberant, starts full then a hole in the middle, then salty at the back. Not quite coherent at the moment. Drink from 2024-2026
