Named in honor of the winery’s beloved Jack Russell terrier, this wine embodies the laid-back yet high-quality approach that defines Gipsie Jack Wines.Deep crimson in the glass, this Shiraz bursts with ripe blackberry, dark plum, and blueberry aromas, layered with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and warm spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and plush, with juicy black fruit flavors complemented by hints of licorice, pepper, and toasty oak. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, while bright acidity adds balance, leading to a long, satisfying finish with lingering dark fruit and subtle earthiness.This Shiraz is a fantastic match for barbecued meats, slow-cooked beef brisket, or hearty pasta dishes.
