Dark cherry, panforte, cola and gum leaf characters with sprigs of mint and bay leaf through the bouquet and palate. Soft texture, a little squeaky and edgy with lemony acidity. Furry tannins lend a gumminess to texture and the finish is a touch short. It needs time to gel.
