Energy on the nose with lime, gooseberry and lemon. Higher citrus blossom notes work within lime leaf, Thai basil and fennel bulb. Sweeter, yet savoury spice notes of cardamom, galangal and chamomile offer subtle complexity. A clean, fresh and vibrant palate featuring punchy native finger limes, cut lemons and guava, which layers between subtle texture and diligent oak through the mid-palate with commendable length and a defined acid structure.
