Mike press shiraz is spicy, peppery, black-fruited, violet-fragranced and full of the personality. Caramel and milk chocolate oak pokes out. There is presence and body, yet it carries its cool climate credentials confidently, with fine-boned, beautifully textured tannins and a long, elegant, pepper-accented finish.
