This wine is perfectly balanced with residual sugar and equal acid. Amazingly matched with Asian dishes, spice and chili but also easily paired with a palm leaf fanning you pool side, this wine will surprise you. Already embraced by many restaurants to match their cuisine we are extremely proud of this wine and showing another side to Clare Riesling.
