The Pasqua Romeo & Juliet Passione e Sentimento Rosso is a bold, juicy red from Veneto that wears its heart unapologetically on its sleeve. Inspired by the famous lovers whose story unfolded in Verona, this wine is a modern twist on a classic Amarone-style expression, made with a technique that’s all about passion—literally. The grapes are partially dried using the appassimento method, concentrating flavour and texture to create a wine brimming with richness and romantic intensity.

Crafted primarily from Corvina, with Merlot and a dash of Croatina, this wine is a nod to tradition while embracing accessibility. The fruit is dried for about a month before fermentation, leading to a luscious palate packed with ripe cherries, blackberries, sweet spice, and a hint of cocoa. There's a soft thread of balsamic and dried herbs weaving through the dark fruit, giving it an Italian rusticity and charm. Oak ageing brings polish without over-shadowing the fruit, and the tannins are smooth, ripe, and ready for action.

On the label, you’ll notice the famed Juliet wall in Verona, where thousands of love notes are tucked between the stones—a fitting tribute to a wine born from emotion and storytelling.
