It's light and briny, fresh and frisky. A tightly wound and compact sparkling wine of an aperitif-style bent. Youthful and refreshing with scents and flavours of green apple, gingerbread, light toast, halva and marzipan. It's not particularly rich or complex, but it feels invigorating and lively in its way. Nice to drink.
