2021 Venica & Venica Jesera Pinot Grigio, Collio

Lively and savory mouth, consistently reminding the nose aromas, for a refreshing, juicy, intense and tasty sip, creamy but rightly acidic. Long and vibrant finish. The structure is good, with a very slight tannin deriving from the peel. Overall, this wine maximizes the typical bouquet and juiciness of the grape.

Bright straw yellow.  On the nose there is pear blossom, banana and acacia flowers wrapped in a light scent of fresh apricots. The palate is nicely balanced with refreshing acidity that holds a fruity finish consisting of pear syrup and quince peel characters.

The natural copper-coloured extracted with maceration is the signature of this wine and its richness with reminiscent of Williams pear, banana, and acacia flowers wrapped in a slight scent of fresh apricot. Intriguing taste with pleasant flavours of pear syrup and quince peels. Good acid/alcohol balance with a long fruity finish.
