Every bottle tells a story of meticulous attention to detail. Chris and Kathryn Hermann founded 00 Wines with a vision to bring Burgundian philosophy to Oregon’s volcanic soils. The Kathryn Hermann Cuvée reflects that vision fully—it’s a Grand Cru-inspired Chardonnay made with an artisan’s patience. Winemaker Wynne Peterson-Nedry selects only the most texturally complete and aromatically nuanced barrels for the final blend, focusing on lees texture, mineral drive, and age-worthy structure.

The wine opens with layered aromatics of lemon oil, white nectarine, toasted hazelnut, and oyster shell. The palate is both opulent and restrained, with a sleek line of acidity framing flavours of stone fruit, citrus blossom, and wet stone.
