Made from 35+ year old vines, on gravel, clay-limestone, calcareous -sandstone in Keintzheim and Wettolsheim. A pretty light yellow colour with some golden reflections. The bouquet is powerful and complex, an explosion of exotic fruits, flowers and spices. The palate, which perfectly envelops the entire palate, strikes a delicate balance between power and finesse.
