Light-medium bodied, well-structured, brightly scented Pinot Noir. Piquant red fruit, wild herbs and fragrant earthy spices. Clarity and detail, and humming with intensity. The Nine One Six vineyard’s distinct micro-climate delivers balanced, complete Pinot Noir.
100% Pinot Noir handpicked. A combination of fermentation treatments including whole bunch, whole berry and carbonic maceration, each fermented via ambient yeast. Pressed to 5-7 year-old 500L puncheons for 7 month elevage on lees before blending and bottling without fining or filtration.
