A youthful, flavourful, medium-bodied blend combining tempranillo's savouriness with touriga nacional's aromatics. These two varieties are newly planted at Dalwood. Each varietal was fermented separately, then blended to create a wine with fragrance, suppleness, vibrancy and harmony. Don't be afraid to give the wine a lot of air to balance the charcuterie notes with the raspberry fruit. Unoaked.

Inspired by the original plantings, the Tempranillo & Touriga are now back in this historic vineyard, reviving the property of this rich history. 2021 is the first harvest in the this recent chapter for the vineyard producing a savoury and medium bodied dry red.
Both varieties where picked at the same time, allowing us to ferment the varieties together. Using old French oak barriques this softens and allows no influence of new oak characters maintaining a lightness to the wines.
Red fruit of plums and cherry, accompanied by subtle spice and a textural finish.
