There is enough wood to notice on the ripe yet nicely fresh aromas of menthol, essence of plum and red cherry. The surprisingly refined middleweight flavors possess excellent punch on the subtly mineral-inflected medium weight flavors that possess notably better depth and persistence on the youthfully austere finale.
