Wafting from the glass with notes of peonies, orange zest, rose petals and violets mingled with sweet red berries, it’s medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with a suave, textural profile and a long, mineral finish. As readers may remember, it derives from a sloping parcel just below the tree line that’s shaded earlier in the evening than climats situated lower down the slope.
