Semi-sweet, textured Riesling with 48g/L residual sugar
Gold at the 2026 Tasmanian Wine Show
The grapes for this wine were de-stemmed, crushed into press, and de-juiced with light pressure prior to cold settling overnight. The juice was racked into a stainless steel and inoculated with a select yeast strain for fermentation at controlled temperatures between 18 and 20 degrees. The wine was then kept on lees for eight weeks, cold stabilised and filtered ahead of bottling in the first half of July.
The result is a semi-sweet Riesling with fruity aromas and rich texture, the 48g/L residual sugar balanced by fresh acidity.
