The 2022 Jean-Louis Chavy Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières Premier Cru is a superb white Burgundy that channels the elegance and mineral precision for which Puligny is so revered. Les Folatières is one of the most prestigious Premier Cru vineyards in the commune, perched on the slope just above Clavoillon and bordering the Grand Cru Chevalier-Montrachet. Jean-Louis Chavy, working from a lineage that stretches back generations in Puligny, produces his wines with restraint and clarity.
