Joseph Drouhin, a prestigious family-run estate in Burgundy, has been producing wines since 1880. Their Chablis, sourced from the northernmost region of Burgundy, is a true expression of the region’s limestone-rich soils and cool climate. Known for crafting wines with purity and precision, Joseph Drouhin’s Chablis is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, reflecting the classic minerality and fresh citrus character for which Chablis is renowned.
A crisp, refreshing profile with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers. On the palate, it showcases vibrant acidity, flavors of citrus and pear, and a distinct minerality that is typical of the Chablis terroir. The wine finishes with a clean, precise finish, making it a versatile pairing for seafood, salads, or light poultry dishes.
An elegant wine. Brilliant colour, with hints of green. Typical Chablis nose, where aromas of citrus (lemon) fern and even salty sensations predominate. The palate is vigorous and lively, but in a soft mode. A lot of finesse and balance. The wine show great purity of taste and a pleasant floral style. Chablis is very mineral in character, almost briny.
