From a thoughtful selection of cool climate vineyard sites across the Willamette Valley, Nicolas Jay Affinités Chardonnay reflects the refined collaboration between Burgundian great Jean Nicolas Méo of Domaine Méo Camuzet and Oregon based music entrepreneur Jay Boberg. The project has quickly earned cult status among collectors for wines that combine Burgundian restraint with the purity and freshness of Oregon fruit. Affinités is designed as a harmonious regional blend, shaped by gentle pressing, careful barrel fermentation and extended lees ageing.

A pale lemon gold glows in the glass with quiet luminosity. Aromas unfold with ripe pear, white peach and lemon zest layered with almond meal, subtle flint and a delicate whisper of vanilla spice. There is a beautiful composure here, generous yet precise, inviting slow appreciation.
