Set to a medium-bodied zone for sangiovese. Actually, you could almost say a nouveau style, such is its vitality and freshness. Lots of raspberry licorice and sweet, red cherry with dashes of tomato leaf, sweet tobacco and cinnamon spice in both the scent and flavour departments. Glossy, satiny texture, a little supple feel to it all, a pristine, blood orange tang to finish. It's got good mojo, this. Easy as. Feels great at room temperature, but also has me reaching for an Esky. Delicious drinking.
