Domaine Papagiannakos was established in 1919 in the Attiki region of the mainland, whose peninsula juts out into the Aigaian Sea. The vines are bush trained and dry farmed in limestone to create a concentrated, fleshy wine with big lemon/lime spice, white flowers and chalky acidity. Mineral driven, with salty acidity, this is another value Assyrtiko that delivers everything we enjoy about the grape.
