Fermented in 600L demi-muids then blended to tank. An electric aroma of lemon sherbet, finger lime sorbet and green toffee apples. The wine coils around the palate and then squeezes with its bracing acidity and pulpy grip. There is an energy about this wine, which finishes dry and moreish. Joyous.

Lime and citrus zest meld with intense floral notes. On the palate the residual sugar shows immediately but is followed by a menagerie of citrus and stone fruit flavours. Finishes with a beautifully refreshing acidity and length.
