Light to medium glow of salmon-pink in the light. Ripe strawberry and clotted cream aromas. Medium in weight, with a ripe core of red fruits with notes of toffee and melting butter. Lovely length and it's framed more by fine tannins than striking acidity. It will sing its best with food 07 APR 2024 Drink 2024–2027

Good depth of flavour, richness and the finish has harmony and persistence. Bursting with delicate aromas of wild strawberries and delicate spicy notes reminiscent of rose petal. On the palate, the wine shows immediate soft berry-fruit flavours that are immediately appealing. It suits apéritif drinking but is also a superb accompaniment to grilled seafood. A crisp, dry finish with exceptional length rounds off this wine. An outstanding southern French rosé.
