This moves up a step up from the Garten Series with barrel fermentation, lees stirring and a slightly high proportion of new French oak. Rich and deeply intense but with a lively delicacy that gives life and energy. There are also hints of lemon rind and grapefruit with just a faint edge of almond meal, beautifully integrated and textured.
