Federspiel is a term used by Vinea Wachau members indicating a dry wine between 11.5% and 12.5% alcohol. This is an elegant, dryer style, with fresh minerality, as well as citrus and stone fruit across both the nose and palate.
The weathered soils that Wachau are known for, provide the perfect conditions for creating this dry and elegant style of wine, so balanced and poised.
