Fruit for the Estate Chardonnay is sourced from premium Adelaide Hills vineyards, where elevated sites and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly while retaining vibrant natural acidity. Careful handling in the winery, including fermentation and maturation in a combination of oak and stainless steel, builds texture and complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit. The result is a modern Adelaide Hills Chardonnay that balances generosity with precision.

Bright pale gold in colour, the wine opens with aromas of white peach, nectarine and lemon zest, complemented by hints of grapefruit, cashew and subtle oak spice. Layers of ripe stone fruit and citrus unfold across the palate, supported by a creamy texture and a fine mineral thread. Fresh acidity keeps everything focused and energetic, while notes of roasted nuts and gentle vanilla emerge on the long, balanced finish.

A natural partner for grilled Spencer Gulf prawns, seared scallops, roast chicken with herbs, pork cutlets with apple and fennel or a wild mushroom and parmesan risotto. Drinking beautifully now, it also has the structure to reward five to seven years in the cellar.
