Aromatically, Freya Riesling is tight and lifted. Lime zest, lemon juice and kaffir lime leaf lead the way, followed by green apple, white florals and a distinct wet stone character. With air, subtle talc and citrus blossom notes emerge, adding detail without diluting the focus.

On the palate, the wine is razor sharp and linear. Citrus flavours drive straight through the palate, carried by bright, mouthwatering acidity that gives real energy and length.
