2022 Spring Vale Rose, Freycinet Coast

Pale salmon pink with aromas of ruby red grapefruit, raspberry, redcurrant and watermelon with hints of soft spice, pressed flowers, berry cream, stone, dried herbs and a whiff of red licorice in the distance. There's some nice texture, bright saline acidity and a wash of lightly spiced red and citrus fruits on the finish. Seems silly, but it tastes as if it comes from somewhere coastal .... thank you Freycinet coast ... this is lovely.
