Pale colour with a spicy/nutty barrel-fermented aspect to the fragrant herbal sauvignon blanc fruit aromas. The palate is deliciously juicy with a soft fruity finish that is not too dry, but leaves the mouth clean all the same. Zesty acidity counterpoints the fruit and sweetness beautifully.
