The Yard Riversdale Cabernet Sauvignon from Frankland River is a classic Western Australian Cabernet with serious pedigree and polish. Crafted by Larry Cherubino, one of the country’s most decorated winemakers, this wine comes from the Riversdale vineyard, a cool, elevated site known for its gravelly loam soils and natural low yields. These conditions are ideal for growing Cabernet with structure, poise and age-worthiness.

In the glass, it’s dark and brooding, offering layers of blackcurrant, bay leaf, cigar box and crushed graphite. There’s a lovely clarity to the fruit, framed by firm yet refined tannins and perfectly judged oak. The cool nights of Frankland River bring freshness and lift, so while it has richness and depth, it also carries a fine acid line that gives it drive and length.
