One taste of this, and well, life seems good. A beautiful wine, the palate seamless, ultra-refined with acidity, lees and oak all singing the same song – balance. Flavours of grapefruit, white nectarines, ginger cream and lots of spices merge together while funky sulphides do their thang. Moreish, savoury and so satisfying.
