Winmark Single Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay from the Hunter Valley is a beautifully crafted wine that captures the richness and finesse of this historic Australian wine region. Winmark, located in the Broke Fordwich subregion, is known for its focus on Chardonnay, with carefully nurtured vines planted in premium soils dating back to the 1970s. Originally the renowned Pooles Rock vineyard, the property was revitalized by owner Karin Adcock in 2016, blending modern viticultural practices with a deep respect for tradition.

The winemaking is led by John Belsham, a respected winemaker with a strong reputation in both Australia and New Zealand for his expertise in Chardonnay production. His minimalist, terroir-driven approach ensures that this Single Vineyard Reserve showcases the vineyard’s unique character, offering precision, complexity, and balance.

Golden straw in color, the wine opens with alluring aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, and ripe nectarine, layered with hints of flint, roasted hazelnut, and delicate oak spice.
