The entry-level white is the young village 2023 Camino de Navaherreros Blanco that was produced mostly with Albillo Real but also contains other grapes from their youngest plots. It fermented with indigenous yeasts, part in barrel, and matured in 500-liter barrels and tinajas. It's clean, floral and expressive, with purity of flavors, a spicy twist and a very tasty finish with a salty and bitter twist. It keeps the freshness and balance with a moderate 13% alcohol and a pH of 3.34.

Bernabeleva Camino de Navaherreros Blanco is an energetic, mineral-laced white from the granite hills of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, just outside Madrid in Castilla-La Mancha. This region sits at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos, where old bush vines thrive in poor, sandy granite soils and high-altitude vineyards deliver wines of freshness and finesse.

The blend is mostly Albillo Real with a mix of indigenous white varieties, all from organically farmed vineyards, some over 80 years old. Winemaking here is hands-off and traditional: wild ferments, old oak, and a whisper of skin contact. The result is a wine that feels both ancient and alive.
